Job Description - Lead product plan for Beam to meet the company’s objectives & product delivery goals ● Build a strong technical understanding of Beam’s products, features and services, how it’s built, works and solves problems for our customers ● Develop a solid understanding of shopper’s and merchant’s needs through qualitative and quantitative data points, to identify product gaps and continuously deliver new ideas to push boundaries ● Gather, analyze and share user feedback to understand customer needs and pain points ● Derive product ideas into user stories, prototypes and requirements ● Communicate and align with all members across relevant teams, including managing launches with all relevant team members and stakeholders ● Work with relevant design and engineering teams to deliver in a timely manner products/features with optimal resources ● A hands-on, supportive team member in addressing issues that arise with product launches ● Evaluate plans from other teams to ensure alignment with overall product strategy ● Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on evolving requirements - Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process ● Create and maintain product roadmaps and release schedules ● Oversee the backlog of improvements and defects, defining the requirements and acceptance criteria ● Developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria ● Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineer, computer science, business administration, or a related field ● At least 3 years of experience in a product owner, or product management ● Strong understanding of technology development ● Strong understanding of good product development principles for early-stage startups ● Strong market research skills ● Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills ● Strong cross-functional team communication skills ● Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work well to meet objectives ● Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle ● Proficient in English
