Job Description - Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements and business processes - during sessions such as UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training workshops. - Support in creating functional documents and related deliverables under team supervision. - Assist with system configuration tasks and perform basic functional unit testing. - Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. - Learn and support functional tasks across multiple areas within the team. - Observe and participate in the system implementation process, gaining hands-on experience. - Provide general support for ongoing projects as needed. Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of CRM, design patterns, or application process development is a plus. - Familiarity with software development processes (e.g., UML, SDLC) or cloud-based platforms is advantageous. - Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work in a team environment. - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is preferred.
