Job Description - Performance Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of After Sales data to identify the area of key performance gaps and opportunities for dealer's improvement. - Strategic Dealer Support & Consultation: Provide expert guidance and tailored consultation to dealers, empowering them to meet and exceed their After Sales goals through effective strategies and best practices. - Relationship & Communication Enhancement: Cultivate and strengthen collaborative relationships with our dealer partners, fostering open communication and ensuring seamless alignment of objectives. - Departmental Project Contribution: Actively participate in and support various departmental projects, contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing After Sales processes, tools, and etc. Requirements - 2-3 years of experience in any fields. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. - Good command of English; spoken and written (TOEIC score at least 550). - Good in data analysis and creative strategic thinking. - Strong in communication (convincing & negotiation skill)
