Job Description - Develop functions of Teletec (Telematic Hardware & Software) including system integration, testing, and optimization, to be more competitive and beneficial to customers. - Coordinate and resolve telematics system issues among related parties. (Internal Teams, Dealer and Customer) - Manage and operate telematics business in compliance with Department of Land Transport (DLT) regulations. - Analyze customer requirements and translate them into product features that enhance competitiveness and deliver clear benefits to users. - Provide technical advice, guidance, Sales and after-sales support to concerned parties, dealers, and customers. Requirements - 0-4 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome) - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering - Good command of English, spoken and written (TOEIC score at least 550) - Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI - Good analytical and logical thinking skills - Able to work under pressure and willing to travel to upcountry - Service-minded with a positive, can-do attitude - Good interpersonal and presentation skills
