Job Description Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development & Optimization: - Analyze and thoroughly understand current operational processes within the Used Car Business (e.g., procurement, vehicle reconditioning, sales, after sales, CRM). - Design, develop, and document clear, efficient, and scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational stages. - Continuously review and update SOPs to ensure seamless operations, minimize errors, and enhance overall efficiency and compliance. - Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to relevant staff to ensure proper understanding and adherence to established SOPs. Online Marketing & Lead Generation Enhancement: - Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive online marketing strategies for the Used Car Business (e.g., SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Online Classifieds, Email Marketing). - Analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns, leveraging data to improve Return on Investment (ROI) and conversion rates. - Manage and optimize the Used Car Business's online presence (company website, online car platforms, social media channels) to maximize brand visibility and reach target audiences. - Identify and develop new, high-quality lead generation channels for used cars (e.g., collaboration with New Car Sales for trade-ins, building relationships with fleet companies). - Track and analyze lead data to improve lead-to-sale conversion rates. Business Improvement & Strategic Development: - Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data and business performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). - Propose and present innovative ideas and actionable recommendations for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing revenue. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Used Car Business regularly, providing insights and actionable reports. - Stay abreast of used car market trends, competitor activities, and emerging innovations in the automotive industry to inform business strategies. - Actively contribute to the development of short-term and long-term business plans and strategic initiatives for the Used Car Section. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, business partners, and external stakeholders. Requirements - at least 5 years experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. - Good command of spoken and written English with a TOEIC score of at least 550. - Required skill : 1. Analytical & Financial Skills: - Advanced Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze business data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and make strategic recommendations. - Financial Modeling: Strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to build financial models to forecast performance and assess the impact of new initiatives. (Beneficial) 2. Excel & Power BI Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel are mandatory. Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI is highly preferred. 3. Strategic & Commercial Acumen: - Business Process Improvement: A strong aptitude for mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing more efficient processes. - Commercial Awareness: The ability to understand what drives profitability and to connect operational improvements directly to financial outcomes. 4. Project Management Skills: - Project Coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and drive projects forward according to a timeline. - Proactive Problem-Solving: A self-starter mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions independently. 5. Interpersonal Skills: - Strong Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and analyses to various stakeholders, including senior management. - Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can work effectively with individuals from different departments to achieve a common goal.
