Job Description - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources for improvement initiatives - Coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure projects stay on schedule & budget - Analyze First & Last Mile operations and Hub processes to identify optimization opportunities - Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, capacity, and operational quality Requirements - 1–3 years’ experience in process improvement (Fresh grads welcome) - Proven project & change management experience, preferably in logistics/transportation - Strong understanding of operations optimization, logistics, and supply chain principles - Excellent data analysis, English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
