Job Description - Track and report fulfillment performance across all delivery miles, monitoring staffing and operational effectiveness - Develop dashboards and tools to monitor KPIs and resource allocation - Lead hiring lifecycle for SPX, subcontractors, and independent contractors, ensuring timely staffing - Collaborate with vendors and project managers to address gaps, ensure compliance, and coordinate recruitment Requirements - 0–2 years’ experience in a related field (Fresh grads welcome) - Strategic mindset with strong analytical and calculation skills - Proficient in Google Workspace and intermediate English communication - Positive, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
