Job Description - Monitor, research, and compile technological advancements in the LNG industry. - Develop, source, and improve new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency, add value, and establish operational standards. - Evaluate and source cost-effective materials and chemicals to optimize the production process. - Establish design, production, and operational standards for new technologies and processes. - Monitor process and equipment performance to identify trends and potential issues, driving continuous improvement and system optimization. Requirements - Master's or Doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Petroleum Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a field related to Technology and Innovation Management. - Basic research and development (R&D) skills in fields related to Chemical, Materials, Petroleum, or Petrochemical Engineering. - Knowledge and understanding of Feasibility Studies, Pilot Project Design, and the Commercialization Process. - Knowledge and understanding of Innovation Management and basic knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP/Patents). - Strong skills in data analysis and experimental design (Analytical & Experimental Skills). - Proficiency in engineering tools or software such as Aspen, MATLAB, or Power BI is a plus. - Possesses strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and creative skills for innovation. - Adaptable, with strong coordination and teamwork skills.
