Job Description Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and propose practical surveying or geospatial solutions. Plan and establish ground control points (GCPs) and reference systems for UAV and drone pilot teams. Process incoming data such as GNSS, LiDAR, UAV imagery, and 3D photogrammetry models. Research new technologies related to UAV-based surveying, photogrammetry, and geospatial AI. Collaborate with the team to design, test, and implement solutions to client problems (surveying workflows, automation, or AI-assisted tools). Support documentation, reporting, and presentation of survey results to clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Survey Engineering, Geomatics, Remote Sensing, or related field. Programming ability in Python (for data processing, automation, or AI workflows). Basic knowledge of computer vision, image processing or geospatial AI techniques. Solid understanding of surveying practices: GNSS (RTK, PPK, static), coordinate systems, transformations, and control networks. Hands-on experience preparing and processing survey data with photogrammetry software (e.g., Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, RealityScan). Familiarity with UAV-based surveying methodologies and workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to travel to field sites.
