Job Description Develop aircraft design concepts, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks). -Perform aerodynamic, structural, and weight analyses to support design decisions. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, manufacturing). -Ensure designs comply with aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, ICAO, CAAT, etc.). -Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and support certification processes. -Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. -Provide support during prototype build, ground testing, and flight testing phases. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering or related field. -Experience in aircraft design or aerospace engineering projects. -Proficiency in CAD and engineering analysis tools (CATIA, ANSYS, NASTRAN, MATLAB, etc.). -Knowledge of aerodynamics, structures, materials, and systems integration. -Familiarity with aviation certification standards and requirements. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. -Good communication and teamwork abilities. -Previous experience in aircraft OEMs, MROs, or aerospace R&D. -Experience with composite materials and lightweight structures. -Exposure to UAV or electric aircraft design
