Job Description - Support Productivity improvement in plant - Support digital transformation projects using mLean application. - Monitor and report status of pull system in plant - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. - Help train operators and team leaders on digital tools and lean practices. - Prepare reports and presentations for management on project outcomes and KPIs. Requirements - Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field. - Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles. - Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
